My name is Lindsay and I am a flexitarian foodie. That is, I am a food enthusiast that follows a flexitarian diet and lifestyle. “Flexitarian” is a loose term for someone who eats mostly vegetarian but occasionally eats meat and other animal proteins. If you’d like to know more about how I eat, please read my very first post Flexitarianism- Our Way.

All of the recipes on this blog follow my “food guidelines” and celebrate “good, clean food” so you can be sure that:

– All of the meat is local, free range, naturally raised and additive free

– Almost all of the produce is local and seasonal from my local Farmer’s Market

– Whenever possible, my ingredients are Certified Organic

– All of my recipes are my own creations, unless otherwise noted

In addition to recipes, on Fridays I will post a weekly “Foodie Tip.” These will be anything from a quick idea for a meal that doesn’t require a recipe, to a product recommendation!

I hope you enjoy making and eating real food as much as I do!
